Hot water. Believe it or not, it’s perfect in any climatic conditions. And I take unlimited amounts of coffee, regardless of temperatures (and time of day). When I get to the office (this is located in a world trade center) the first thing I take at the coffee bar is a fresh ginger tea with a slice of lemon. In soft drinks ”FuzeTea” is a favorite of mine. I hardly drink water in any other form than those above. If I do, I prefer tap water over bottled water. Bottled water makes me sick in the stomach and is liable to give me headaches. Alcoholic drinks don’t go well with me.

Melon smoothy always tastes good in the morning or elsewhere during the day because it is super healthy and nutritious. A watermelon consists of 95% water! But it also contains iron, fibre, potassium, vitamin C, lycopene and beta-carotene, among other things. Beta-carotene is an antioxidant: it protects the body’s cells against harmful influences. Moreover, beta-carotene is converted into vitamin A: good for your skin, hair and eyes!
Why is watermelon healthy? It contains the essential amino acids arginine and citrulline. These help to build up nitrogen monoxide (NO). This substance lowers the blood pressure and helps to protect against heart attacks. Research shows that drinking a glass of watermelon juice with every meal for three weeks increases the amount of arginine in the blood by 22%.
What you need: 500 g watermelon, 200 ml coconut milk, 1 lime and crushed ice.
How to proceed: Remove the skin of the melon and cut into cubes. Puree the melon with the coconut milk and lime juice. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve with crushed ice.

Haha, så känner jag också med vissa kalla drycker – även med varma. Jag gillar inte för hett kaffe eller te. ;)
