That looks good. As I once discovered. You have to be careful when away from home. I used to live / work in Kuwait and once had a supposed ‘vegetarian’ meal in a Thai restaurant there but – unknown to me – they put oyster sauce in it, and it made me ill for 2 days! You have to be careful in Spain also as they put tuna and anchovies in some so-called vegetarian meals. Once you know these things you can always make sure before you eat. That said: I have experienced some of the best vegetarian / vegan food I’ve ever tasted in Spain – Valencia and Barcelona have some first class vegetarian restaurants even though most of the natives seem to be ardent carnivores! In the Marks & Spencer’s food halls we have here in the UK, they do the best Vegan Thai Green Curry I’ve ever tasted – anywhere!
