Quite a few years ago I was totally into free filters. These days not so much… 😊

download the zip , unzip and copy the 8bf filters into the Photoshop ”plugins” folder, wherever that is these days. It might still work.
They work with my Photoshop Elements, which is a simpler version of Photoshop. But it’s old. They might have made changes so they don’t work anymore. I’m not sure.
I checked the download at https://www.virustotal.com and no malware was detected.
I hope this helps. The Kang filter are good for layers… cosmic stuff like you tend to do!
