If you decide to do this, you should gather all of the pictures that you want to use into a single file. Use a PNG format. Number your pictures to put them into the order you want to use. If you have anything you want to say to your readers, use word to create a word file but save the file as a PDF. Number your PDF so that it will appear where you want it in the sequence of pictures.
